We have a doozy, here. On my way between the auction house and the mailbox raising professions on my paladin, I came across this. The "Currently" made me suspicious. I was rewarded.

Summary:

She is clearly a demon, but you are not allowed to know this.

She is also in a phased zone that requires something to be 23 in order to see her.

Her "darksteel armor" is playing Naughty Tentacles with her...or some carp. Fargled if I know. Also, it's been painted directly onto her skin.
