Absinthe makes the heart grow fonder

I had some trouble finding his complex initially, some quirk of how I recorded his driving instructions. I called him on my cellphone and he guided me in from the eleventh floor balcony. In retrospect, I cannot recall how we greeted each other, mostly because I cannot imagine seeing him without sticking my tongue in his mouth.

But I suppose I am getting ahead of myself. )

It's a little hard for me to think a narrative that ends with two hard-ons deserves an, "Awww..." - but this one does. You've found someone with whom it's easy and comfortable - that's just ... Awwww!

Yeah, I have a sweet and fuzzy spot. It's like a cute button, it gets activated all the time...

It's not the best bit of writing... wanton_bliss April 15 2002, 21:36:17 UTC
... sort of reads like:

"And then...
And then...
And then..."

But that's largely how I remember it: without embellishment, yet still perfect.

The author always notices the "And then..." more than the reader, I reckon. Something about the timeline - if you keep it straight in your head and on the page, it can stop flowing naturally and seem like a series of disjointed events.

But really? Screw quality of writing. Your enjoyment comes burning through your default dispassion, and it definitely conveyed the sensations of your time together. Just a shame about the three weeks - it's horrible when you connect and then they go.

Chinese food and lime-flavored tortilla chips.... makes me want to make out with you too- stinky breath and all.

Your experience has inspired me to write though.
