Every year I buy myself usually a nice gift at my birthday and Christmas. Something small or large that I would not get in any other month. Just the right to be a little extravagant when all the other gifts have already come in and been appreciated. This is this years.

I. Oh, yeah. Finally happened. Completely unplanned when it did (except for having planned to get one from early fall of the previous year and have thing after thing slam down in my way). Earl and I bought them, suddenly, the second day after the 3 came out.

If you have not heard yet, glamourkin is closing its doors on December 31st. The store as we know it will no longer be, though there are hopeful hints about the creative works the two beautiful women behind it (mermaiden & willow_cabin) are hoping to free up and birth with the space this will give all their inspiration and magic.
