Awww, dS! I wrote a Fraser/RayK story, once upon a time really super long ago. *fond nostalgia!* I also have recs for a few older, classic Fraser/RayK stories on my website. Many of the links are broken, but the stories should be easily found on dueSlash or via the LJs of the writers. (I especially loved All The Comforts of Home, Due North, and Likewise.) I've been out of the fandom for at least five years, tho, so I can't really tell you who the current good writers are.
Sweet! I'll check out your links! I wouldn't have thought anyone would be currently writing, but I'm not really necessarily looking for current, so what you're offering is AWESOME. :) Thanks!
YAY, omg, so this is not nearly everything - I'm still making my way through the fandom myself, and I bet there are hundreds of amazing stories I haven't found yet - but it's definitely enough to help you celebrate not having a polyp! :D :D
aukestrel had some crazy fandom stalking issue, so her fic on her website is password protected, but well worth e-mailing her to ask for a password. She has a (presumably abandoned after all this time) AU - Strange Loops - which is one of my favorite stories, anywhere, ever, despite not being finished. A few of her pieces are still floating around on archives.
I totally tore through due South this summer. There's a lot of awesome stuff out there and a ton of prolific authors, but because I read so many stories in so little time, most of the ones that have really stuck with

AUs from epic_recs Because I am lazy. I haven't read the vampire one, but the rest are great. There's a mixture of complete AU and veering off from canon.
Family Portrait - RayK's a widower with two young children when he takes over for Vecchio at the 27th.
Find me a Find - Vecchio takes over the family matchmaking business, Stella hires him to fix RayK up, Fraser gets roped in to help. Fluffity fluff.
More things in Heaven and Earth - The kidnapping of a young girl leaves Fraser and Vecchio struggling against time to find her until help arrives in the shape of Ray Kowalski, a man with a talent, a heart and a past he'd rather

My favorite thing about due South is that it's gone but not forgotten - this year's DS match at ds_flashfiction
Want (Team Whimsy) by dessert-first really stuck with me.
in case you missed them somehow: due South fiction archive/exwood/whatever and due Slash which is in the process of being rebuilt.

First: not AU, but I just remembered this fic existed, and the premise is too awesome to wait until you have time to get through her collected works: Ray Is Not Actually Graphing The History Of His Relationship With Fraser--That Would Be Pathetic, And Ray Is Not Pathetic--But If He Was Graphing It, Even Just In His Own Stressed-Out, Messed-Up Brain, It Might Look Something Like This
