I made it for my swim all three times this week. I think that marks the first time since August that I've made it three times in one week without some excuse popping up.

Next week to add the jogging in on the off days.

Still a work in progress, but I'll take that as a good first step.

For the first time since Grade 8, I can see without glasses.
My gods is this wonderful.
