Splendors and miseries of renovation, part 1

Renovations and thermoinsulations are clearly the hottest topic in the constructions in this country this year. They are changing the faces of towns more than usual constructions these days. As in any other activity there are successes and failures. So I need to devote several reports about the renovations done this year in Kaunas:

Thanks, interesting to compare with Belarus. You are luckily much closer to Eastern Germany in this respect than to Belarus.

Oh, Eastern Germany is very distant from us ... But they of course had strong backing from West Germany :) I wasn't in Belarus in recent years but my colleague said that Belarus is also rapidly renovating buildings.
