2008 Books Read Thus Far

JCC Tri By the Sea
I completed my first triatholon this morning. Out of 300 people I placed 83 overall with a total time of 1:11:09. The time I was most impressed with myself about was definatly my run. After swimming an 1/8 of a mile, and biking 10.5 miles I managed 3 miles at a 7:35 pace. HOOAH! -

It's been a long 24 hours
So I'm resorting to binge eating. A Big Mac, french fries, soda and McFlurry. Sure, I could have gone for a run but I think I'm a little beyond that right now.
I know that I'm being cryptic but I may be more up to explaining why exactly I feel so horrid a little later. Or maybe not. All I will say is that it's highly personal and my heart -

interesting change
so before i writ anything down it shouldbe made know that i am writing this entry from graemes cell phone. today has been interesting in that i drove to unh to do some research. in the process god got drunk and onry which equates to my getting a fifty dollar parking ticket. i put an appeal in prior to m driving back to mass but it didnt prevent me ( Read more... )
