okay. it's official. Brandi Carlile is my new hero. When the idea that she couldn't pull off the screams live I had to find a video to see otherwise. And, amazingly enough, she pulls it off. I put it on my facebook and you should check it out because I am pretty sure she is the best thing to happen to country music.

i was rescued from costume anxiety by a cute boy. and i found a wig and an awesome dress and amazing sunglasses (that i will definitely be wearing even when it's not halloween). now i just need some shoes but that's not a big big deal. i will go by the shoe store after work tommorow though i may need some girly guides. i am really excited about ( Read more... )

we have these string lights outside of our house that glow pretty reds and blues and greens. when you turn them off they don't completely go out but turn into these tiny dim specks. they were like tiny stars
it was enchanted.

ugh...i just had the longest blackbird related day of my life.

I was at Crocket's Cafeteria from 8 in the morning until about 1:30 taking a class with Jimmy, Iona, three brick boys, and other restaurant reps which ended in taking a test to hopefully pass and be certifide to serve food. seeing my mom and my brother today while at a laundromat in a one stoplight town was surprisingly rejuvenating. the humming and easy talking was needed to jump start my energy. i've had a good couple of nights here recently. unexpected and i'll take it. thank you. i have the weekend off and i am looking forward to it.

it's official. i'm moving in with jamie in december. now i just have to find someone to move into my place and i will be okay. my landlord seemed okay and open to giving me the time i needed to find someone. so WOO.
