I got a call two nights ago that raised my spirits and reminded me that life can be pretty random sometimes.

now off to the meat cooking extravaganza wherein two men enter and one man leaves. MEAT!

i took a walk with my brother and my mom and remember how much of a role my neighborhood played in growing up. it's quite the magical place to be in the fall/winter time. lots of nooks and pathways if you know where to look.
