Being skinny has never been a motivator for me. Being strong, on the other hand, is. Fueled by paranoia, of course.  I'm keeping my routine of going to the gym four times a week, an hour each session (about an hour and twenty minutes considering my epic bike ride uphill back home afterwards). I found about half of this in one of my old folders today. After I remembered what the whole point of it was...it wouldn't leave me alone and I had to finish it. So...the evil crossover of doom. I have no excuse for this. Besides the fact that I am utterly insane. And just finished reading the climax of the first book of The Sword of Truth, which made me gag at the sappiness of a plot point want to write drama like there's no tomorrow.
