Why do you need a translator?

It's for a little project that my Pikachu wants to do.

Nothing too big. [ That's what he thinks at least. ]

Sure. [ Wow, Raidou, way to make Yuri walk around everywhere... But back to the kitchen and the Pikachu is still watching the timer with all his might. ]

Ellie, someone wants to see you.

Pikaaa? [ "A caller?" TURNS AROUND AND BEAMS. ]

[ It isn't his fault! Really, he should only receive partial blame. Okay, what is this guy doing? Yuri is just minding his own business before noticing the stranger taking a pause there. He's not really sure how to take that... Does this guy need something? Does he want to complain about the food (yeah, don't start with this)? Or perhaps there was something on his face.

Alas, because he's not the type of person to really base his actions on those type of questions, an upfront approach will suffice: ]

Nice, you missed your chance to talk to a Pokemon Whisperer...

[People staring at the sky while wearing aprons are usually unseen. Which means it's time for Izaya to prod around a bit. He'll approach, looking fairly friendly. And harmless.]

I think you've got a while if you're waiting for it to be fully cooked.

[ Shut up, Izaya, people can do what they want like stand in the middle of the sea in an apron and a hairnet while singing the titanic theme. ]

Probably about half an hour now or so. I should have the patience of a saint after all the cooking I've done. [ fail, fail, try again and succeed; repeat until you have mastered said recipe. ]

[Sure they can. Izaya can still make fun of them.]

It sounds like it keeps you rather busy. You must enjoy it, hm?

[ He shrugs. ]

I don't enjoy it enough to be an Iron Chef if that's what you're asking.
