Could anyone recognize/identify this fungi species below? It grows in numbers on a vast floating cattail organic mat (second picture). SE Ontario.

Этот вид гриба в изобилли рос на обширной рогозовой сплавине в устье ручья.  Юго-запад провинции Онтарио. Кто нибудь может помочь с определением?

This is a dry plant about 15 cm tall. Stem leaves seems to be small and scale like, probably just one of them. Peduncle is about 3 cm and starts from a platform at the top of the stem. This species was found in a transition from swamp to fen. It is about 1 m tall. Leaves about 5.5 mm wide. In the inflorescence there are two branches at each node: one perpendicular and another one almost vertical (see photo below). One flower in a floret. Glumes almost equal. Seed with 5 veins on one side. Ligule 1.5 mm. What can it be?

This grass was growing in a calcareous spring in water. It has a prostrate stem rooting at the first nodes,but not vigorously. Nodes are purplish.  Just vegetative parts. Any ideas what it potentially could be?
