Happy New Year!

Last night was lovely--seeing the Old Year out and the New Year in with my oldest friends from college days--we played Tripoley, wore silly hats, blew horns, snapped crackers, watched the ball drop, toasted the new year and our friendship, and had tons of good food to eat

Sounds as if you had a lovely new year's eve V.
I couldn't bear the crowds at Target even though the thought of half price underwear is fairly compelling!

I did indeed, Sandy. And hopefully Target won't be too crowded tomorrow--I really need some ultra warm undies, because Monday is free coffee Monday, and with the actual temps down in the 'teens Sunday night, it's going to be plenty cold at 6:45 AM.

I'm after anything to keep me warm--layers and layers.
