Friday night was rather depressing. There's a building near the mouth of the river called the Spanish Arch. It was built in the 1400's or something to protect the traders from Spain. Terrorism has been going on in Spain forever. ETA has killed hundreds of civilians in the last few years. I am only angry because it makes news now because it's "relevant" to the rest of the world. They find a conveniently placed bus with detanators and verses from the Qur'an near the site, so it gets publicised...everywhere. Personally, I don't think it's Al Qaeda's style. If these Islamic fundamentalists are so obsessed with becoming martyrs for Allah, why would they stake out in a bus with detanators? It may be a conspiracy, but I won't go so far as to say so
