St. Louis Animal Rights Team will be having their annual "An Evening for the Animals" Cocktail Party on Saturday, October 28th at 6:30 pm at the Regional Arts Center on the Delmar Loop.

There's a really great event coming up that some of you probably know about called Walk for Farm Animals. It's a 3-6 mile walk that educates the public about the realities of factory farming, but also raises crucial funds for direct rescue/refuge efforts, campaigns and educational programs for the Farm Sanctuary. we raised over $500 tonight for the peter young legal defense fund. i found out that they reached the goal of what they wanted to raise earlier this week, but extra always helps a lot--especially for legal fees
