I believe the protocol here is to provide the destructions instructions as well as the ingredients, rather than only the links, as websites can go away (and we wouldn't want to lose this) :) Your website does look fab, and I've bookmarked it.
I wonder if coconut oil would work in the streusel? I have a pot of it in the fridge, and it really is criminally underused.

if your website disappears, we can guesstimate things, but it'd be ideal if the instructions were here. (particularly if it's a more involved recipe. cake is pretty straightforward, but other things, not so much)
