Cous-cous With Lemon

I've had a recipe for lemon couscous salad for a long time and today I decided to make it. It is basically vegetable broth, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper. What are the measurements to the recipe?

The first thing that springs to mind is adding chick peas, but then again I could add chick peas to almost everything...

Mmmm. Chickpeas.

It's two tablespoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of lemon zest, 1 can of vegetable broth, some salt and pepper and two teaspoons of olive oil to one cup of couscous. The lemon is there, just not strongly, but enough to really add some zing of something else was added.

My suggestion was going to be roasted asparagus served with a marinated, baked tofu.

I put olive oil, salimon powder, salt, lemon pepper, and garlic in my couscous.

It reminds me of a salad recipe I've had for a while. I remember that you serve the couscous on top of salad with pine nuts and orange slices placed on top ( ... )

That sounds amazing. It seems like what this recipe is supposed to once it reaches maturity. I wonder if the person got bored in the middle of creating it and left a bunch of stuff out of it.
