I've had a recipe for lemon couscous salad for a long time and today I decided to make it. It is basically vegetable broth, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Tonight I was eating couscous for dinner (it was delicious, if anyone wants to know) and out of nowhere I decided that I wanted to make cookies using couscous. Is this possible? Does anyone have any recipes for this? I tried google search, but apparently there is a restaurant in NYC called "Cookies and Couscous" @___@

I have some coucous in the cupboard and I've been really craving burgers/patties lately. Does anyone have any good recipes? I thought I might just throw together some couscous, chickpeas and various veges with breadcrumbs, but I'm a bit worried about what will help bind the burger. I like couscous, plain - maybe a pinch of salt. It is really cheap right now at SafeWay $1 a box (like 4-6 servings). The problem is my guy thinks it is bland. He likes red rice (spanish rice) and that is about it in the rice department...How can I get him to like it/jazz it up?
