Lemony Chickpea & Tofu Stirfry!

The other day I was craving something lemony, so I combined two recipes together, made some modifications, and came up with a vegan and totally deeelicious lemony chickpea & tofu stirfy. It is really easy, cheap, healthy and doesn't take very long to make. No photos though, sorry!

stir-fry, -appliances-stovetop/range/hob, beans-chickpeas/garbanzo-beans, vegetables-cabbage, tofu, -veganism on a budget, easy-recipes, vegetables-zucchini/courgette

I'm English too! We call them spring onions. I said green onions in the recipe for the overwhelmingly large American population, hehe. I think they're also called shallions?
