My husband and I recently went backpacking in the Appalacian mountains. Before we left, I made a dry veggie burger mix and put it in a Ziploc bag. Keeping a bag around for quick meals seems like a great idea (though I'd probably store it in the fridge or freezer because of the raw seeds). But it looks so yum, I dunno how long it'd last.
This also inspires me to get going with doing more with the gallon or so of dried okara that's been waiting to be used... (and it just keeps growing! :)
