It's been over 100 degrees everyday here in Orlando and I've been craving cold dishes like a mad woman.

This turned out to be a winner.

You can eat it warm but I prefer to chill it a few hours before serving cold.

This looks/sounds so delicious! How many servings do you think this yields? I'm tempted to add some cashews or walnuts when I make this. Thanks for sharing!

I'm from Orlando too and have been living on green smoothies to cool down in the heat. Though I love my smoothies, this is going to be a fantastic alternative on hot days. I'm making this tomorrow! :)
