I honestly apologize if this has been recently discussed what with all the Thanksgiving entries going on...but when I try to click on the memories or the main community page for this comm. my computer freezes and I can't access them. So if this HAS been asked in the past feel free to direct me to that post since I can't access it ( Read more... )

the box also recommends a mixture of 1/8 cup orange juice with 1/8 cup soy sauce. another comment i've seen recommended veg. broth. the thing is, you probably want to baste -repeatedly- if you want to keep it moist. plus, keeping it covered in foil really does help as well.

Yup; I am a great fan of this OJ/soy sauce (I use liquid aminos instead) mixture. I've always used the foil and haven't had problems at all with dryness.

are you an internet explorer user?

the problems we've noticed were when people were using IE. try to download firefox and see if that makes a difference.

i am an ie user. i actually have tired to use firefox for my computer but it won't load my email or other websites i use. my computer just hates it apparently =/

oh no! maybe meet somewhere in the middle with netscape?

i thought the frezing thing got fixed when we made the community paid again. *sigh* will the freezing never cease?

check to see if the tag page freezes for you.

at least that way, you won't have to go through the main page. but then once you click on a tag, you might be brought to the same problem. maybe?

I've never tried it on tofurkey but those plastic turkey bags work wonders on many, many things to keep them from drying out.
