ok i have a question about the wet ingredients.... the oil/applesauce mixture and the apple butter/orange juice mixture.....is that like half of one and then half of the other or...how does this work?
yes- I used more apple butter than orange juice to make the consistency more like maple syrup, which I had run out of. for the oil/applesauce, you could use half and half.

most recipes call for maple syrup. I sorta made this one up. maple syrup would probably be sweeter and...more maple-y.
