the spanakopita looks delicious. makes me want to try using phyllo pastry...

when i first looked at the orange jelly pic i was like "WTF, that's not orange gel, that's orange SLICES. GEEZ. oh wait...ohhhhhhhhhhhh." really nice work!

Thanks. I think it's kind of silly to take the juice out of an orange and put it back again. When I do this again I will use blackberries or another fruit that would contrast the orange peel.
