By all means. Been for a swim, have we?

You could say that. The water's a bit chilly, though, to be honest. Not my cup of tea.

[He takes his seat]

You can try this tea and see if it's more to your taste. [He gestures to the pot on the table and has the waiter bring over another empty cup.]

[He's smiling but a careful look shows he's also picking the boy apart with his eyes. Thin, pale, and not just from being submerged in cold water...]

[ Bon happens to be passing by and just can't help but notice how wet this guy is. So, being the super nice guy that Bon is, he offers some help.

[He chuckles some at the pun.]

Quite so. Though I suppose if they went through the trouble of kidnapping me, I'd prefer a free towel at the end of it. Rather benevolent, wouldn't you say?

[He kicks the chair out some, just in case Bon wants to rest his feet for a bit.]

[Cynthia is returning from her regular training, and is surprised to see a newcomer simply sitting calmly. But rather than rudely stare or ignore him, she wanders over.]

I suppose I should welcome you? If no one else has, I suppose.

[He sets down his cup of tea and smiles at the woman.]

Oh why thank you. For a city that's prone to kidnapping people, it's inhabitants are proving rather friendly.

I never said it was. Wearing soaked clothing is fashionable these days, and I'm suffering in the name of fashion.
