001 ♠ An interesting morning

[Well, this has certainly been a day full of surprises.]
[He's strangled most of the information he could out any native that had the pleasure of crossing his path - at least, everything that hadn't been immediately obvious. Vatheon, the city under the sea...with no direct connection to any city above the sea. Troublesome indeed. But for all the cogs that are turning in Jade's head, nothing's reflected on his face.]
[Instead, he's found himself a table at a little outdoor restaurant, thoroughly enjoying a cup of hot tea thoroughly sweetened. His uniform and hair are still soaked with seawater, but he's decided to deal with that in a bit. And, if anybody should be passing by, it would certainly spark up a conversation, now, wouldn't it?]
[Even though he's sitting alone, there's a chair empty across from him, and he's certainly not opposed to conversation. Far, far from it.]
