My NEW New Webpage has a new type of Web Log that isn't dependent on LiveJournal. I'll mostly likely be using it from now on. It's been a wonderful journey, but I'm ready to move on! :P

I had written a nice, long journal entry on Saturday but then Live Journal ate it so here's a summary. What I did this weekend:

• Redesigned my webpage...again. Go see.
  
• Donated a bunch of clothes to goodwill.
  
• Donated two old phones to the Sprint program for those in need of emergency phones.
  
• Donated about 30 books to a local Library.

I'm a strong believer in giving random comments of praise. What I mean is...I think people should tell other people nice things, without expecting anything in return, including the possibility of seeing the person again. Ok...so an example ( Read more... )

Ahh, hung over on a Sunday morning. We've all been there, right? Last night I went downtown with Jason and some of his buds. They wanted cheap beer so we started off our night at Hooters, which I've only been to once and I don't think their wings are as good as they claim. Lets just say its a lot colder today than I thought it would be. Yesterday was all nice and warm, so today I just wore a t-shirt with a sweatshirt. Brr..Thank god for hot cider..mmm! Thank goodness all the ice is gone from the roads though. Yesterday sure melted everything that was causing problems. There's talk of snow again tomorrow. Blah ( Read more... )

So, yea, it's snowing. Whoo hoo. Yes, it's pretty and fun and fluffy, but my fingers are painfully thawing from having to dig my car out of it. God, how did so much accumulate over like two hours? So, I had a wonderful birthday. In between my two classes, I attended Yoga at the school rec center. Well, it was nice, but it pretty much put me to sleep. I know there are different kinds of yoga, ones that don't play the nature sounds and move a little faster, I need to find that one.
