One week before Spring Break! Whoo hoo! And, essentially, I can stop thinking after Wednesday since I don't have anything due after that. Sounds good to me. But in the meantime...
I have a Bio quiz tomorrow.
I have a paper due in Roman Civ.
Not a huge list but long enough. It's weird, here I am 2 months and a few days away from graduation and I'm actually still working hard. :) I thought I was supposed to totally care less at this point. Maybe its because I transferred and had an extra year in there, ya know? Like, I can totally see how I got senioritis last spring so maybe I got it out of my system then. Now, I feel like I could take more classes after May and it would be fine. Then again, I still haven't gotten too bogged down with classes this semester and I'm sure come April I'll be singin a different tune.
Speaking of singing, "Two Gents" was awesome. I was really impressed by everyone involved and I'm really glad I finally got a chance to see it on Saturday night. To be honest, I wasn't that thrilled about the choice of musicals in the beginning, but those guys really pulled it off. More than pulled it off....it was really enjoyable. Thanks everyone!
Rehearsals for "Two Rooms" have begun and it's going to be a long journey. There is ALOT to this play and a lot to my character. Its going to be tough to discover everything about it, but I'm willing to try. Needless to say, the content is totally going to drain me every night. But I think I have the props mostly taken care of already so that's going to be easy. I feel like I need to pass the props torch, but there really isn't much to this show so it wouldn't really help to do it now. Oh well.
This weekend was pretty full, although I do feel mostly replenished. Saturday morning I did my laundry, which, if you have been reading my journals for a while, you know that laundry is an arduous task where I do at least six loads at one time! :) But I always do it in enough time that I still have extra underwear! Anyhoo, after laundry, Jason, his dad and I went to the Computer expo downtown with hopes for some good bargains, but found the usual crap/bad bargains. I mean, there were some nice computers, but not for much less than you can get any where else. I was hoping to walk out with enough parts to build something new, but no luck. oh well. Then, of course I saw "two Gents" and stayed around for strike. Props was simple enough with the wonderful help of the ever-enthusiastic Jeff Hunt. What a blessing he was! Thanks Jeff.
Sunday was spent reading a 340 page book I had to read for today...my next class actually. Apparently it was the one I didn't buy at the beginning of the semester and had to rush to get it on Saturday. Luckily, it was a quick read and I finished it with time to review.
That time being right now! I should look over the last few chapters, during which I drifted in and out of concentration last night. Adios!
