What happened? Does anyone know why this movie is opening in Germany on Sept. 1rst while it’s opening everywhere else much later? It can’t be because it was shot in Germany, was it? That’d be weird.

So, by chance I read this article on ToRN and the only thing I took away from it was: At the Mountains of Madness. As in AT THE MOUNTAINS OF MADNESS. Directed by Guillermo Del Toro. Oh. My. God.

I think this is the moment where I hyperventilate from total squee. This could be absolutely fantastic.

No, not by me. After New Moon I vowed to never watch another movie of this franchise EVER AGAIN. It was just terrible, probably the most boring two hours of my life.

So, Anne Rice talks about a new Vampire Chronicles movie on her Facebook page. I’m not at all sold on this, especially having the last disastrous attempt in mind (Queen of the Damned).
