"You're either ham or eggs. You have to ask yourself in every situation -- are you the chicken or are you the pig?
You have a plate of ham and eggs. Now the chicken is involved in the meal, but the pig is committed.
So the question is -- are you involved or are you committed?
Ham or eggs."
- Grey's Anatomy (S3E6)
This quote was stuck in my head since I first heard it years ago (Season 3!!). One of those WTF but yet makes sense things. Genius.
So the point I was making is that it really feels different, this choice you make.
Today, I didn't manage to complete any workouts in the day (unless you count running errands, though not much running was involved at all). And come evening, I chose to join the darling galfriend early for our drinks/dinner date when I could, rather than try to squeeze in a workout.
But when I got home, it just didn't feel right to laze on the bed watching my latest obsession of Elementary (love Lucy Liu!).
So I changed, tapped on my NTC buddy and did TWO workouts (breakthrough!).
Then, the world felt right again. ;)
Leg Sculptor+Core Crunch (NTC) 160513
Duration: 30min
And because you are all my darling friends, you don't come squealing,"SO YOU ARE A PIG?? HELLO HAM!!" >_<
