Another fantastic update!

It's hard difficult to imagine Jack's less than upstanding past especially considering his associations with the Time Agency.

Even though you left us with one hell of a cliffhanger, I'm going to guess Jack is going to take their offer. The Doctor is not going to be amused. If they do manage to save him, I can't imagine he'd want to be saved by that.

As frustrated as I am with Jack, it's easy to take the moral high ground here. If I was presented with a situation where I could change time and really thought there would be no consequences, there's a lot of bad things I'd want to avoid. Hell, I can think of a thousand - Hurricane Katrina, any number of wars, etc.

You've woven an interesting plot with compelling 'bad guys' and moral dilemmas. I love it!

I'm looking forward to more!

Thank you for your sweet words. And your help, of course.

Of course, there'll always be the question of what we'll get in their place. Equivalent trade and all. (Though that is another story.)

You might be reight here. Or you might be wrong. [/helpfull]

Not as soon as I'd like, since a chapter for another story will be updated first, but it won't be too long either.

Yay. Three chapters! Now I have another update to look forward to. Don't apologise, that is brilliant.

And what an exciting second part. Jack's inability to get to the injured Doctor's side is ripping a big hole in my chest! Your time agent OMCs remain convincingly chilling opponents and your description of the ship was so vivid that I could really "see" the events in my mind.

Oh, and what a perfect clffhanger ending. Needless to say, I can't wait to find out what Jack intends to do. And what the Doctor's humming is all about ......

Thanks once again for writing and sharing.

Thank you! That's some praise I like to get!

And what the Doctor's humming is all about ......
You're right - the humming is important. Good that you caught that!

And those little inexplicable currents of air only Jack and the Doctor seem to notice--Time Breezes?

Er. . . that was "gun" not "run".

Also, I seem to have misread "James" as "John" earlier.

So, I take it you were the one who threatened to kill me earlier...
I'm glad that could be avoided.

Me too, as I would have assassinated my favorite Who online author and had nothing left to live for.

Though I see you threaten a delay in another message.. .
