I have exactly 10 minutes free before starting another marathon session of work, and I don't often say this, but I'm rather chuffed. I suddenly have lots of free time on my hands, and nothing to fill it up with. Free time is evil. It leads to self reflection and thinking about the future. It's just plain evil.  

This morning, as usual, I dragged myself up to the gym cursing the work and the late night. As is my ritual, I quickly jumped onto the treadmill and plugged in my iPod.
