When I was little, my dad bought a book for me and my younger sister. I don't remember the title, and I have since mailed it away to a friend to look through and I doubt I'll ever see it again. It was a trashy, pulpy anthology of "unexplained" stories and urban legends, usually in the form of articles, assembled by theme on two-page spreads.

Also, as a kid, the Georgia State Capitol building in Atlanta was a popular place for field trips, and they had a Georgia museum, and it contained the remnants of several two headed farm animals born in the state...
