Today was my physical.

The house I had been working on with my Mom is apparently finished.  And there's even some interest already.  A woman stopped by today and asked for an application.  She's married and has four children.  Kind of alot of people to stick in the house even if it is a 4 bedroom.  One of those bedrooms is really small.  But, whatever it is it's good, as ( Read more... )

I enjoyed today's festivities.  It's always nice to spend time with my second family.  Plus Rachel is in town and it's been a while since I've seen her.    The food this year was grand.  almost everything was great.

I am waiting.  Waiting for the letter from Dominguz Hills OT department.  Last week I got the official letter from Dominguez Hills itself saying that I'd been accepted to the School AND the OT program.  Upon calling the OT offic and cheching the website I'd been informed that there would be a second letter coming from the OT school itself with more ( Read more... )

Life has settled back into a crazy near nothingness again.  My family and I are finishing up the last touches on the rental property they purchased.  I should be finished before the end of this month.  Cross your fingers.  I'm hoping to spend more time in LA once that happens.  You know, to feel like and adult and such things.   Should be back out ( Read more... )

For shits and giggles I checked out Burbank's Job listing site.  It's quite comprehensive and there's LOTS OF JOBS LISTED..  I'm surprised how many there are.  They cover more than just Burbank, I suppose it's open to whomever is willing to pay the listing fee.

I just got the e-mail for CSUDH saying that they received my application for the Occupational Therapy Grad school Program and that they are going to be filing it for review.  This is a huge weight off my chest. I've been growing increasingly worried about it as the days passed ( Read more... )
