I believe there is a chance that I may be addicted to eletronic diversions. First real zen yoga moment today. Doing the poses and focusing on the moment actually helped clear my mind. Energy flow and all that. I actually "floated" my legs to the top of the mat twice, which is more about core strength than zen-ny-ness. But it was cool. I'm working on being open. Trolling through dating sites, sometimes you wonder who's really out there for you and who wants to perform only the base acts and leave you crying lonely tears into your morning coffee. I think the glee club teacher on Glee just suspended a girl for not wearing a skimpy bikini costume during an assignment. WTH? That just feels slimy and wrong. It also looks like one of the students is starting a relationship with an adult teacher or staff member. Its very confusing. I wonder if anyone at Covergirl actually read the Hunger Games before they created their "Capitol Line." I'm not sure that the people of the capitol are who i want to emulate in my fashion choices. I'm pretty sure that goes against the point of the books.

I really do enjoy home rehab shows. Rehab Addict is one of my favorite. The host lady does a good job of showin you the house and each episode focuses on one or two rooms generally. A great plus with her is that she's calm. I'm noticing a trend with the shows hosted by men. They all are continually angry, frustrated, and yelling at some one. Right ( Read more... )

The orchids on my coffee table shift very slightly, back and forth. It's probably just the breeze, but I can't shake the ever present thought that they are trying to eat me.

What is it about vision and visually taking in your surroundings that is particularly desirable to humans? The houses in my neighborhood growing up were all basically the same. There were 5 plans, that got adjusted and mirrored based on the plot of land they were sitting on to face the most windows in the direction of the view.
