Zen Yoga Time

First real zen yoga moment today. Doing the poses and focusing on the moment actually helped clear my mind. Energy flow and all that. I actually "floated" my legs to the top of the mat twice, which is more about core strength than zen-ny-ness. But it was cool. I'm working on being open. Open to experiences for what they are not how long i can hold onto them. Being open to true strong emotions. Opening myself to others i may not get along with yet or those who i don't understand. And all that means opening to the possibility of pain. Of accepting it when it comes and learning how to help myself heal as i continue moving forward. It's a practice as they say.
