This past Saturday, Edwin, a friend and I sat down and had a mini writing workshop. We pieced together our writing to come up with a singular short story. Below are the results. . .it's kind of silly, but it was fun ( Read more... )

This past weekend Edwin and I went to Vegas with my former college roommate and his boyfriend. It was a lot of fun, especially since I got to experience the excitement of Vegas which was missing from our trip there last year. I would have enjoyed spending a little bit more time there, but all fun must end at some point ( Read more... )

There are a lot of raccoons that live in our neighborhood and at night they like to come out an terrorize. Often we hear them partying on our roof, and at times it nearly frightens us because most odd sounds late at night are scary ( Read more... )

A week or two ago we had the distinguished privilege of cat sitting our friend's bengal. We've been thinking a lot about getting a pet, and dogs kind of seem out of the picture cause we're rarely home.
