[The graveyard. He's probably not the only one hanging out there right now, but Sam's fully prepared to wait this out as long as he needs to.]
[He looks tired, but since when is that new?]Cole, if you're available, can you drop by and get the keys for the Roadhouse? I'm staying on graveyard duty for the moment

[Sam's tired, but his smile is at least true.]

[Which, honestly, was mostly John's fault.]

Do the graves have names on them?

None that I've seen. It's possible that they don't have names until someone's in them. At least, I'm hoping that's the reason.

[She's unsurprised that he's here, and also in no mood to indulge his usual skittishness. If he wants to believe she's still out to get him, it's his business; damned if she's going to compound an already miserable wait by fretting about it.]

[He casts a glance over the graveyard.] Then again, I didn't expect to be waiting very long, either.

Admittedly, the last time I was here, I think there had really only been just enough time for Cas to make it here from the Roadhouse. I thought it usually went that fast. [He glances up at her.] The old injuries thing. I was stabbed in the back not long before we took Azazel out.
[He does smile a bit at the blanket.] He might be. It certainly couldn't hurt.

He expected this, sort of, and that meant he could deal with it. He wouldn't be buried deep. (Hopefully, hopefully.) The dirt was loose enough that he could move, he could dig himself out. He'd be okay.
But that panicking part of him was very hard to suppress.
Castiel clawed at the dirt, coughing and hoping for air. Just... air. When fingers broke through the surface, he couldn't be blamed if one of those coughs became a choked sound of sheer relief.]

There.
[All Sam cared about was getting the person unearthed. And he was pretty sure he'd know that hand anywhere. Which was why he dropped to his knees next to the grave, using the small garden-type spade to start digging.]
We're here, Cas. Just hold on. We've got you.

... And perhaps still on the edge of panic itself. The grave seemed very... closed-in. Very small.]
