For a second I thought you were gonna ask Cole to cook, I was going to warn you not to let him in the kitchen unless you don't want the Roadhouse around anymore.

So, I shouldn't let Cole cook for the same reasons I don't let Dean cook. Gotcha.

If Dean makes things explode or sets it on fire on accident then yup, don't let him cook. I don't let him into our kitchen for anything but beer.

Dean's a bit better than that. He just doesn't cook much of anything that can't be made from a package.

Honestly, I'd be afraid that he'd burn even a package meal soooo I do the cooking. I take it you take cooking duties most of the time? Or is it take out all the time?

Take out. We're on the road pretty much all the time and there aren't a lot of hotels that have cooking facilities. Therefore, we eat at a lot of cheap greasy spoons.

I've had to do that my share of times.

A lot greasier than I liked, really, but you eat when you can.

I'd say you could always go for sushi takeout but that'd probably get expensive for the average on the road types.

That and a lot of the places we end up probably think that all sushi is just raw fish and rice. Small town America is generally not the place to go for sushi.

[And yes. Sam likes sushi.]

[She laughs] Sounds like you'd end up with a lot of food poisoning.

[Sam chuckles and shakes his head.]

I try to avoid food poisoning. It's not like we can really go to the hospital very much.

I've heard they're kinda lacking on the fun anyway.

Yeah. In general, the reasons I've been in hospitals has never been good.
