A/N: I really need to learn to write shorter chapters or change where I break my story continuum. Sorry for the inconvenience!!  Here's the second part to Chapter 4.

The next day…

When Tetsu arrived at the studio, it was nearly 4 pm.

“Sorry I’m late, my sister’s train got delayed-what are you guys doing?”

Tetsu looked around the studio to find a slew of random props all over the place.  Ken was dressed like a Kabukicho host with his hair spiked up like a Dragonball Z character.  Yuki was wearing the high school boy’s button up black uniform and Hyde was dressed like a policeman.  All the costumes had been tailored to be more form fitting and sexy with more buttons, buckles, and bling.

“Oh, Tet-chan,” waved Ken.

“What are you guys doing?” asked Tetsu.  “What happened to practice?”

“You’re late.  Practice was over two hours ago,” responded Hyde.

“Soo, explain to me why you are all dressed in these costumes?”

“Hyde said we should reinvent ourselves and make a fun show for the next tour,” explained Ken, cracking a whip maniacally.

“What’s the theme?”

“Japan! Theatre of KISS.”

“Okay…KISS, after the new album.  We just finished promoting the international one, so we’re doing a special domestic tour…?”

“Yeah.  Hyde said we should dress up in different costumes and put out a photo collection of us in different attire.  He said it would sell really well-“

“Without a doubt, but why do you, Ken, have a whip, why does Yuki have a pair of numb chucks, and what is Hyde doing with those handcuffs?”

“I dunno, Hyde just bought a bunch of props and costumes.  We’ve been trying them on.  Yuki looked hot in the nurse’s outfit, but we thought his arms were too buff…But Hyde, you should’ve seen him Tetsu.  He was trying on this French maid’s outfit.  I think we could really go somewhere with this!”

Tetsu watched as Ken and Yuki rummaged around for another costume and walked up to Hyde.

“Officer,” he greeted.  “I see you’ve taken the circus~en~ciel to a whole new level-“

“I like that.  I think we should go with that.  ‘Circus~en~Ciel - Theatre of KISS’” piped up Ken.

“Get rid of them,” Hyde whispered into Tetsu’s ear in passing as he walked to the other side of the room.

“Ken, did you pick up your car?” asked Tetsu.

“From where?”

“The impound lot?”

“No, why?”

“I got a call-said it’s gonna be released this afternoon.”

“Why didn’t you say so?!”

“I’m telling you now.”

“What time do they close?”

“Five…”

“Yuki!  Drive me to go pick up my car!” Ken demanded excitedly.  “Ken’s gonna be in business tonight!”

Hyde and Tetsu watched as Ken scrambled out the door leaving them with the hodgepodge of clothes and props.  After they heard the roar of the engine, Hyde sauntered over to Tetsu and stared at him expectantly.

“Ogawa Tetsuya,” he said authoritatively.  “You’re under arrest.  Turn around and put your hands up on the wall.”

Tetsu did as he was told and Hyde began patting him down along the side of his body.

“You have the right to remain silent.  Anything you say can and will be used against you…”

“Yes, officer.  Might I ask what the charge being brought against me is?”

“Grand larceny…Spread ‘em…” Hyde said, making his way down Tetsu’s legs.

“Grand larceny?” asked Tetsu, widening the gap between his legs.  “May I ask what it is that I’ve taken?”

“My innocence,” Hyde said, making his way up the inside of Tetsu’s legs. “Oh, and what do we have here?  A concealed weapon of some sort?  That’s two counts against you…You wanna help your case at this time and plead guilty?”

Hyde ran his hand over the bulge that was forming and gave it a rough squeeze.

“I am an innocent man,” Tetsu breathed.  “It’s not what it looks like, officer-“

“This concealed weapon looks awfully suspicious…could that be considered intention to commit a crime?“

“No!”

“Are you sure?” Hyde asked, unbuckling Tetsu’s belt and pressing his cool fingers against the heated flesh.  “This weapon here is awfully hard and could hurt someone…”

“Officer, if you would allow me, I can prove that it is not a weapon!” gasped Tetsu as he continued to support his weight with his arms up against the plaster wall.

“What is it then?” Hyde asked, spinning Tetsu around and roughly forcing him up against the wall, his lips hovering dangerously close to Tetsu’s.

“It’s uh…it’s my banana!” Tetsu said quickly.

“Banana?” Hyde said slowly.

“Yes.  It’s my banana.  I keep it in my pants.  You’ve never heard of a banana hurting someone, right?  People like bananas.”

“Hmm…”

“Come, officer,” Tetsu coaxed, unbuckling Hyde’s snug pants.  “Let me show you how pleasurable my banana can be…”

Meanwhile, outside the studio, a taxi pulled up and a well-dressed woman carrying an obnoxiously large Louis Vuitton bag got out.

“Will you be requiring my services back to your home, Oishi-sama?” asked the driver, a man in his early fifties, graying at the temples.

“Yes, wait out here for me.  I shouldn’t be more than a few minutes.”

“As you wish, madam,” he nodded before turning the car around.

Megumi looked around the parking lot.  It was nearly empty now. The only occupied stalls were the ones belonging to the studio and record company upper management and the first visitor stall, which was occupied by Hyde’s sports car.   She looked up at the building and noted that the lights were still on.

Figuring she could just go through the main entrance, she was surprised to find that it was locked and that the reception was closed.  She tried to peek through the unfrosted area of the glass to see if the cleaning crew was still around, but was disappointed after no one appeared for ten minutes.   She was just about to leave when a security guard who was doing his rounds noticed her standing outside the door.

“I’m sorry, they’ve all gone home for the night.  You might want to try tomorrow morning.”

“Oh, you startled me,” she said.  “I’m actually looking for my husband.  That’s his car over there.”

“Oh, Hyde.  Yeah, he’s still here.  The other guys left a while ago, but I think he’s still in the studio.”

“Do you think you can let me in?  He’s not answering his cell phone and I really need to talk to him…”

“Well, I’m not supposed to, but since you’re his wife….   I don’t see the harm in letting you in.  Come, we have to go through the side door.  The open practice rooms and auditoriums are on the other side, separate from the reception.”

He led her to the back where there was a bay and a loading dock, presumably for loading and unloading equipment.  He led her to one of the many side doors and opened the door.

“Follow me,” he said, leading the way.

Beep.  “We have an unauthorized moving van blocking Exit 13B.  Requesting assistance.”

“Oh, sorry, miss.  I’ve got to go.  Sometimes the warehouse across the street parks its vans out in the front.  I bet Vice Chairman Haneda is blocked in again.  He’s the only one who uses that exit after 4 pm.  Your husband is probably in one of these rooms on this corridor.  Forgive me for not escorting you-“

“No, no.  Not at all.  I’ll just pop in and be on my way.”

“Very well.”

“Thank you for your help.”

“Excuse me, miss.”

The security guard jogged down and took a right, the clopping of his shoes fading as he disappeared down one of the many hallways.

Megumi knocked and tried all the doors along that hallway.  Some were open.  Others were locked.  The ones that had been open were empty and dark.  She came to the end and thought that the security guard had misdirected her when she heard a familiar voice.

“…love child…”

Megumi tensed up and leaned closer to the ajar door to hear what was being said on the other side of the emergency exit.

“Ah, ouch!  Let go… Noo, stop, ah…don’t…no…stop licking me…stop licking me over there…”

Megumi was seeing red and it was taking every ounce of energy for her not to burst through and catch her cheating husband. But she wanted a name first.  She wanted the name of the floozy he was cheating with.

“…chan…no, keep your tongue to yourself…ahhnnn, Tecchan.”

Tecchan?  As in, TETSU?!

“HOLD IT RIGHT THERE, YOU GOOD FOR NOTHING-“

Megumi stopped in her tracks.

“Oh, Megu?  What’s up?  What are you doing here?” asked Hyde, nuzzling a fluffy white kitten, appearing to not have heard her.  “Where’s Rei?  At home?”

“Why are you dressed like a policeman?”

“Oh, this?” Hyde said, taking off his hat and running his fingers through the long locks plastered to the side of his face.  “Got a bunch of photo shoots lined up this week.  Just trying on the costumes for our calendars and fan books.”

“Yeah, okay, whatever.  What is that…”

“Oh him?  This is Tecchan.  Tetsu found him abandoned by that dumpster over there.  We wanted to call him Yuki, since he’s white like snow, but stupid Tetsu started calling him ‘Tecchan’ and now he won’t answer to anything else.  But isn’t he cute-hey, where are you going?”

“Home,” she replied briskly, as she walked away.

“What?  Why?  You just came?  Do you need a ride home?  Money?”

“You can stay here with Tecchan for all I care,” she said coldly.

“Was it something I said?” asked Hyde cluelessly, standing up and cradling the mewing kitten, as Megumi stormed off towards the parking lot.

Hyde watched as she sped out of the parking lot in the taxi she had come in.

“Is she gone?” asked Tetsu, stepping out from behind a large bush with his hands in his pockets.

“Yeah…” Hyde said staring out at the road.

“She sounded like she thought you were cheating…”

“She did, didn’t she?  Go on now, Tecchan” Hyde said, releasing the kitten on the grass.  “You know what the irony of this is, Tetsu?  In the years we’ve been married, I’ve never cheated on her.  Never.  Not until a few days ago.  I won’t say I haven’t been tempted, but I’ve never cheated on her.  Megu…she tried to cheat on me on our wedding night.”

“Hyde…”

“No, it’s okay.  If anyone, you should know.  I mean, for a few seconds today, she thought you were the ‘other woman’.  She tried to get with Gackt-not realizing of course that he doesn’t swing that way.  I don’t think she recognized him and was miffed when he brushed her off. She thinks I don’t know that she’s cheated.  She thinks I’m oblivious, but I know she’s cheated so many times with so many men…”

Hyde sighed.

“In the beginning, it used to bother me that she would come home smelling like some other man and lie in our bed, thinking nothing of it.  I dunno, there was never any physical proof, but it’s like I could smell him.  My mother always told me my sense of smell was too good for my own good.  You must be wondering why I never confronted her about it, why I never divorced her over it, why it seemed like I just took it all.  I guess, I just thought it was all my fault for being the musician, the way my work would keep us apart for months at a time.  It put a strain on our relationship, but I always thought things might get better.  If I just worked at it, was around more, I dunno, I guess I just hoped….And well, now we’re sorta stuck together in a loveless marriage…”

“Why don’t you just leave if it’s so miserable?”

“Rei…he needs a father.  Even if he’s not my biological son-“

“He’s what?!”

“It’s not physically possible that he’s my son.  If you count backwards from when he was born, 9 months prior…I was on tour with you guys.  We were on tour until she was two months pregnant.”

“Are you sure it wasn’t a premature birth?”

“When I came back, she acted like she really missed me and she was all over me.  When I thought about it later, it dawned on me that she probably already knew and was just trying to cover things up.  When she went into labor, the doctor made like it was a premature birth…I’m guessing she paid him to do that…But one of the attending nurses, while I was out in the waiting room, pulled me aside.  It was one of my classmates from high school.  She said that she was only a substitute brought in from another hospital since they were short staffed and that she didn’t know what the doctor was talking about.  The records and the patient showed the baby was being carried to full term.  She told me I should maybe consider another doctor should I decide to have any more children. I didn’t think anything of it at the time, but when I thought about it, I realized that there was no way Rei could be mine.”

“And you never said a word to her?”

“No, why would I?  She wasn’t leaving me for another man.  I didn’t see him coming up to claim responsibility for Rei.  What good would it do to confront her about something we can’t do anything about?  Sure we could fight and argue and battle it out.  She would get sick and stressed and might be unable to provide Rei with the necessary care he needs.  If I brought it up, the loser in this would have been Rei.  It wasn’t his choice to be born in this world without his biological father.  He’s just an innocent party…it’s sad, but true…Well, she’s pissed, shall we go back to your place? ….Tetsu?”

Tetsu sniffled and wiped his eyes on the sleeve of his shirt.

“Don’t tell me you were crying…”

“It’s so sad, Hyde.”

“Geez, Tetsu,” Hyde said, rolling his eyes and putting the cigarette he was about to light behind his ear.  “Sometimes you’re just too much.  Come on.  I’m cold out here.  Let’s go home.”

“Okay,” Tetsu said, picking up the duffel bags and allowing himself to be led to the car.

“You wanna drive?  …On second thought, maybe I’d better drive.  You look like a wreck.”

They drove for about 4 blocks without a word from Tetsu.  Hyde turned onto a sidestreet.

“I’m hungry.  I’m gonna go get us some bentos.  Wait here.”

Hyde emerged several minutes later with a large package.

“Okay, I got us rations.  Hold that so it doesn’t spill,” he instructed, handing Tetsu the package.

They drove home and Tetsu followed Hyde into the house dully.

“Go wash your face and let’s have dinner,” Hyde said, opening the refrigerator and grabbing a can of coffee.  Hyde removed the bento from the plastic package and neatly folded the package into a small triangle, which he threw to the side.

Tetsu returned looking a bit better.

“Want me to get you something to drink?” asked Hyde.

“No, I’ll get it myself,” Tetsu said, walking to the refrigerator.

“You want the tonkatsu, kalbi stir-fry, or the chicken karaage?”

“Uh…the kalbi one is fine-hey, Hyde, what happened to all the cakes?” asked Tetsu, walking over to the table with a bottle of soda in his hand.

“I ate them,” Hyde said, with a mouthful of rice.

“All of them?!” Tetsu asked incredulously, as he split his wooden chopsticks.

“Yeah, sorry, did you want some?”

“Hyde, there were three boxes of cake,” Tetsu said with an eyebrow arched.

“What?  I was lonely.  After I did the whole phone sex deal with you last night, I was torn between jacking off or stuffing my face with cake-“

“A difficult decision…”

“I know, but I figured that maybe if I refrained-from jacking off that is-that I might cum harder today when I saw you, so I settled for the cakes.”

“You ate all three boxes last night?!”

“No, silly.  I ate one last night and two before practice today, one for breakfast and one for lunch,” he explained as he stuffed a karaage into his mouth.

“And how you don’t weigh 150 kilos by now with that kind of eating habits is beyond me,” shrugged Tetsu, picking at his rice.

“It’s because I get lots of exercise,” Hyde said matter-of-factly, laying his chopsticks in the nearly empty plastic tray.

“Exercise?  Hyde, you won’t even go to the gym.”

“Well, that’s because it’s nasty there.  Japanese men have horrendous body odor.  But, I do like sexercise in the comfort of your home,” purred Hyde.  “Come on, Tetsu.  I’m, well, I’m not okay with it, but I can live with it….  You know what?  Wait here.  I’ll be right back.”

Hyde grabbed the duffle bags Tetsu had set on the counter and took them into the bedroom.  Meanwhile Tetsu finished picking at his meal.  He was about to ask what Hyde was doing when Hyde strode out…in a French maid’s outfit.  His hair was pulled up with a few loose strands framing his face.  The outfit was cute, frilly, and short…very short.

“I hate to see you so down,” he said.  “Come here into the bedroom and see if there’s nothing that a little TLC can’t fix…Master…”

Hyde heard Tetsu’s breath hitch and knew he had Tetsu’s attention.  He winked, ran his tongue slowly over his upper lip, and beckoned him with his index finger before strolling back towards the bedroom.

Now for the deal breaker.

“Oh, look, a 10 yen coin!” Hyde said, bending down to pick it up, his derriere barely covered by the padding under the skirt, but nonetheless in full view of Tetsu’s gaze. As he bent down the skirt hiked higher and higher until he heard the screech of the chair and the shuffle of feet on the carpet.

Checkmate.  I win.

“Let me help you with that,” growled Tetsu, grabbing Hyde around the waist with one arm and extending his arm over Hyde’s right arm as if to help him pick up the coin.  “There’s no coin here…”’

“What do you know…my eyes must have deceived me…” Hyde gasped, as he squirmed under Tetsu’s breath.

“Or you could have just been lying,” Tetsu said solemnly, bringing Hyde’s lithe form closer to his body.  “In which case, you might need to be punished…so, you don’t do it again…”

“I’m sorry, Master.  I lied.  You must punish me…” Hyde whispered as Tetsu slid his hand under the front of the skirt and rubbed on the thin layer of silk that strained under the pronounced protrusion.  “Punish me good, so that I remember…”

To be continued….

A/N: Yeah, sorry to leave you all at a cliffhanger.  This smexy scene’s gonna be continued in the next chapter.  Reviews and comments always welcome.
