So, it's my 30th Birthday on Monday.

I had grand ideas to head out to dinner somewhere quiet with all my friends and family to celebrate. Today, I realised if I was to do this, the only person that would actually turn up would be the girlfriend.

I have spent a good portion of today listening to my Sparklehorse albums.

I'll never forget that brief chat we had when you were here in New Zealand big guy. Your music got me through some tough times over the years, hopefully you're in a better place.
