The Otakon lolita fashion show is on Saturday at 10am.

What does this mean for us? It means that every model must be dressed, made-up (hair and makeup mostly done or completely done, with room for fine-tuning by the designers), and in the Panel Ops room by no later than 8:30 to sign their model release forms. Sorry about the delay, folks! I've made my final choices re: show models. I will email each model individually with some fun copypasta, and email each designer with similar copypasta, but consider this a reference post for all of you. I also suggest you get each other's cell numbers! And such.
