Hmm, I haven't updated since JULY! of last year. Perhaps I should sometime. I wonder if anybody still reads this, heh.

Today was a pretty fun 4th.  Although I'm not going out to see fireworks, I did swim a 3 mile open water swim in Lake Natoma today.  It was pretty fun, my longest open water ever!  I must qualify that with it's only my second open water and the first was only 500 yards.  Today was unmarked, but somewhere a little over 3 miles, but not 4.  It was ( Read more... )

I managed to do a 29 sec off the wall 50 today. I'm gettin' there, a few more weeks, a few more pounds, I hope I can get back down to a 26 or 27.

Hard work finally pays off. Life is good :-).
