So my life story. Work. Spend money. Eat. Drinking. And hanging out. It is the same thing everyday. Get up go to work work all day, come home and nap. Then hang out with friends or family. Get up at four thirty am and shower.
Do all those morning things you do after your shower.
Dress, put lotion on, etc.
Pack a lunch and breakfast if there is something to take.
