i just finished watching CRASH with my roomie Ry and her boyfriend. it was a very interesting movie about racial prejudice and profiling. when i moved to virginia i realized how sheltered i am from racism. in middle school i was the object of racism, but i never took it very seriously. i hadn't realized how much of an issue it still is. i mean ( Read more... )

today was my first real day of work, and i really enjoyed it. i set up some files for Father Don on his computer and then i folded and stuffed envelopes. Father Don is really nice and I really love his little dog BetsyAnne. Tomorrow I have to be there at 8 so I'll leave here about 7:15-7:30.
