Kaixo!

Sorry for not having updated in ages but I had so much going on!

First, the most awesome princess in the world, july_v, visited me and spent a week at my place, and we explored Augsburg, rowed a boat along the city wall canal (well, I rowed the princess, of course!), watched football, did lots of cooking (beer chicken! sauerkraut lasagna! tapas ( Read more... )

Thank you! :) I really wish I were still in the Basque Country but your warm welcome makes me glad to be back as well! :)

*massive hugs back* I hope you're doing well, haven't been able to read much on LJ these past few weeks!

OMG, that was quick!!! The Spanish mail is really surprising me this year, last year it took ages for my postcards to arrive at their destinations!! :D Glad you liked the card! Santander is gorgeous! I'm hoping that our plans for April work out, then we can maybe go on a day's trip to Santander together! You definitely have to see the city ( ... )

Oh I do hope we can get together in April in the Basque country and that I can see some of the other places, like Santander! :)

No, I didn't see the Basque Derby but I saw some highlights and of course I was ecstatic about the result! XD

I hope that Bielsa and Athletic will be able to work together for success. We'll see. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed! :)

I sound very very commanding ._.
You know I love you dearly and I don't wnat to pressure you!
It's your own fault your fics are so good!

Hehe my sis and I went into town today and found this French and Spanish bar where they had 'Pinchos', which doesn't look nearly as nice as it does with the x in it. They also had Tapas, but I bet they'd not have been as brilliant as ours!

Now.
Picproof of your tan!
PICTURES OR IT DIDN'T HAPPEN!!!

Also the Kaixo on my card from Sant Ander looked more like Kairo, which really confused me at first...

It does look like Kairo! No matter what you say! It's because there's something printed there already XD

(Some San Iker/Sant Ander is in order, eh?)

You forgot to mention you also spoke English and German. It was a multilingual trip, really :D

Anyway, no matter what the language was, it was great to have you here. You see, you coming is the only way for me to do some tourism here! I hope J didn't get too bored... we even had some "action" that day we had dinner at the German restaurant! I almost had a heart attack and don't want to be involved in anything similar again in my life! That was enough for a lifetime.

I'll be waiting for the pics and the report. I have mine to write too, but it will have to wait a while...

OMG, so true!!! XD I keep telling everyone how we can all say "yes, exactly" and "no clue" in four languages! XDDD

And we weren't bored AT ALL!!! :D Not just because of the heart-attack-inducing "action" that we had (OMG, I still can't believe that actually happened!!), but also because we saw so many things and such great places! I'm glad that our visit was also to your advantage somehow! I know from my own experience that playing tourist at home can be a lot of fun as well! :)

It's going to take me ages to sort through my pics but I'm going to start tomorrow! (Hopefully nothing will come up and force me to postpone my plans!!)

*GLOMPS*

I want to see the Basque Country toooo! Sounds like you had a brilliant time :D

Also in terms of what you may have missed, our little Writer's self help community (whiny_writers) is pretty much thriving: You might want to know about that since you're the co-founder XD

You must goooooo! It's the most wonderful place in the world, I swear! :D

That's fantastic to hear! I've been planning to pimp the community as well, just give me time! I'm still pretty much in catching-up-mode, so many things to do, so little time!
