I cannot believe he's playing for Schalke. Hasn't anyone warned him? Now, Schalke lost and Bayern won their first title. This is the way it goes. He has to get used to that I'm afraid lol Great pictures. I envy you for going. Thank you for sharing these.
This is exactly what I thought! He won't be happy at Schalke if Bayern win all the titles and leave Schalke with nothing. He should have come to us instead! ;)
I'm happy you enjoyed the pictures! I was so glad when I found out that the Supercup will be played in Augsburg, and I just had to go. :)
I watched on TV! *squeees* I looked, but didn't see you, though! Damn shitty feed! (No, it was pretty good, actually.) That it was in Augsburg was amazing. XDDDD
Awww...I like Schalke but then I like ALL the Bundesliga teams because I don't really know all the history and stuff to know any better. :(
I noticed Micho cut his hair! He looks much younger! And...OMG...how cute is Holger Badstuber???? He is my crush of the moment! :P
Awww...Raul! I think he looks good. I guess because it is the black kit and it is something like Real Madrid's away kit. Even the blue...they had a blue one awhile back. Well, I hope he will be happy there and I hope they do fairly well. But I get the impression they are trying to turn the team into a Spanish-influenced one. IDK. XD
But yeah, how awesome is it that they chose Augsburg as hosts for the Supercup? :D We have a gorgeous new stadium, and it's just fair that it should be used a lot! :D
I'm not going to try and put you off Schalke, of course, but I can safely say they're not really the most popular club in Germany. ;)
Yes, Micho cut his hair after the World Cup! I was quite surprised when I noticed it at the team photoshoot, but it does suit him well!
Holger Badstuber is really adorable. There's an interview with him and his BFF Thomas Müller in Monday's Kicker, if you want I can scan it for you. The pics are great. :)
The kit resembles Real Madrid's blue away kit a lot, so I'm not surprised the colours suit Raúl, it's just that the badge doesn't fit. ;) And I wonder how happy he'll be at a club that is nothing more than second best all the time. They haven't won the league in over 50 years, despite the big shopping spree last season. Raúl, on the other hand, is a winner type. Ah well, we'll see.

Yes, Raúl shouldn't be there. It's so wrong to see him in that shirt. *sigh*
