Two little articles I found in the newspaper my parents are subscribing to. They're too awesome not to share. =)

Why we will win the Euro
Optimism. It's our turn again, of course. However, there also are a couple of good reasons to hope for a German triumph. We just shouldn't underestimate Romania.

Hai Romania! :) I'm all for that theory about the Romanians. They're totally my favourites for the title :)

The Romanians? Well, I do admit that they're a good team (you have to be good if you reach a draw against Italy and France), but there are much better teams out there that can eliminate Romania before the final, like the Netherlands and Spain...

I think Germany has some of that same enigma thing that Spain has! Will they do it this year? Won't they? Who knows? But it will be fascinating (and potentially heartbreaking) to find out!

Yeah, our media tend to be really strange sometimes. Before a major tournament, they're all "OMG, there's no way our NT can win this", and then, after the first success, the euphoria starts. ;) Anyway, I don't mind that, it makes everything a bit more exciting, I think. :)
