Oh man!. a;right. after being ill for 5 days of various things.. i am finally healthy again. and you know that healthy feeling? the one you get right after being sick? that oh so succulent, wonderful cool clean pure feeling? i love that feeling.

so today both rocked and sucked in extremes. The first half of the day was hot and muggy and generally disgusting. i felt very not well most of the morning. just from the heat... then things got interesting. we havd waited to paint the section of the house above the roof because it was being burning hot cuz the sun was on it all morning.
