Minor dramas and headaches

Living and working in a small village has some advantages. While driving from one patient to another today, I came across a minor car accident. This made it possible for me to resuce dear brother whose car has been badly damaged. An elderly man drove right into him, not stopping at the stop sign. Ouch -- I'm glad the accident wasn't worse. We once had our car smashed into (by a group of teenagers who blew a red light) and it looked a lot like that afterwards; it ended up as a total loss. Good luck with the insurance! May they have a fit of honesty and pay out without much trouble.

Thank goodness dear brother is OK, and I hope the elderly gentleman wasn't hurt. Hopefully the other guy's insurance will do the right thing.
